• New Day Shelter: $500 to support the NDS Client Needs Fund
  
  
• Reins of Inspiration, Inc: $1,800 for a handicapped accessible ramp for the Equine Assisted Therapy program
  
  
• City of Ashland: $2,000 in support of construction of a public outdoor hockey and ice skating rink
  
  
• Bay Area Swim Team: $2,500 for purchase of supplies and training equipment
  
  
• Alzheimer's Association, Ashland Chapter: $700 for purchase of educational handouts, posters and banners for Memory Walk 2010
  
  
• Parents, Families and Friends of Lesbians and Gays, Inc: $400 for purchase of materials for public education and public programming
  
  
• School District of Ashland: $496 to purchase equipment for use in maintaining public walking trails on and around school district grounds
  
  
• Washburn Soccer Association: $1,900 for purchase of two heavy duty soccer nets to be installed in a public park in Washburn
  
  
• Chequamegon Bay Area Special Olympics: $1,511 to purchase cross-country ski equipment
  
  
• Friends of Copper Falls State Park, Inc.: $2,400 for purchase of cross country ski equipment for the Mellen Schools after-school ski club
  
  
• School District of Ashland: $2,000 for purchase of bicycles for use in 3rd - 5th grade physical education programming
  
  
• Friends of the Washburn Public Library: $2,000 to support public programming.
  
  
• Tri-County Medical Society: $2,000 to support health and wellness programming in the community.
