Book Across the Bay 2006 Community Grant Recipients

 

We are pleased to have given the following grants in 2006:

 

• Ashland Bayfield County Kinship: $260 to fund activity expenses that are part of a community-based mentoring program.

 

• 4-H Chequemegon Area Cross Country Ski Club (4-H CANSKI): $440 to fund purchase of five pairs of adjustable ski bindings for use by 4-H CANSKI members and other groups.

 

• Chequamegon Bay Soccer Club: $500 to fund 25 $20 scholarships for area youth soccer players.
